Privacy Policy
La Trace Studio uses the Strava API to display your activities and generate personal visualizations.
Data we access via Strava
- Access/refresh tokens to authenticate API calls.
- Activity metadata (date, distance, type) and GPS polylines for rendering.
Purpose
To display your activities and generate monthly/global recaps at your request.
Retention
Tokens are stored locally in your browser. Activity data is fetched on demand from Strava and is not resold.
Data scope & display
We only display Strava data that belongs to the authenticated athlete. We never show other athletes’ data.
No AI/ML training
We do not use Strava data to train AI or machine learning models and we do not sell or share Strava data.
Sharing
No sharing with third parties outside of Strava (the data provider).
Revoking access
You can revoke access in Strava settings: Connected Apps.
